1. Please bring back the listen button so I can save the .mp3 to my mp3 player. I like to listen at times when I don;t have a browser up to deal with the java script. I also do not want to subscribe. Please let this listener listen when I want to(pull model) rather than having to subscribe(push) model. Thanks.

5. From looking at the past "Listen" links it's pretty easy to figure out what the direct link is. Right-click and save-as the following link. If that doesn't work just copy it into your browser and save it once your player comes up.

12. A rumor about Knight Rider:

Glen Larson, the producer of the original show, had been trying to produce a theatrical version of the show for a number of years with the idea of a reboot that would have been as good a "Batman Begins". However, there is/was a dispute over the rights of the "intellectual" property of Knight Rider with NBC.

As it turns out Larson could produce his Knight Rider movie with little legal intanglement, but NBC felt somewhat resentful over the whole idea sooo....long story/rumor short: NBC intentionally made a terrifyingly (-ly?) horrific show on purpose so as to poison the idea "Knight Rider" amongst the viewing public.

That's what I heard/hope is the case. Take that as you will.

20. AMP -- Totally agree. However, the same road, same rules, same rights routine is fine, as long as it's obeyed by both parties. Unfortunately, the average cyclist in the Bay Area has a long history of believing that their two-wheeled transport is far more important than those of us in cars, trucks and SUVs. As a former cyclist (both pre- and post-license) I used to loathe drivers who had little respect for the rules of the road. The only problem: those same ill-informed people are cyclists as well. The ratio of idiotic drivers and idiotic bikers is about the same. Those were the ones I was referring to in the podcast.
